All that to show us your orange AGA, having read my latest lifestyle post. Tsk tsk.
Tom sweeps me from the commentary.
Bon voyage. Where to? x
Nicely done, I am feeling properly inadequate now. CJ xx
And meringues. There are clearly meringues, pleasingly maintaining their vestal purity and eschewing the trend north of the border to twirl and swirl in wanton colour. Admittedly most current trends north of the border should be eschewed.
Well done, that type of icing is difficult to manipulate.
Being an avid fan of The Great British Bake-off and Escape to the Country, I am suitably impressed with both the orange AGA and the show stopper cake.
And just for the record...I miss your humor you clever girl. My lapse in posting will pass like a voice in the wind, but Blogtopia needs a Mise.
Mmmmmh - that looks utterly delicious, Mise! Or in the language I study now: "Lekker!" (In Den Haag slang: "Lek-kur!")
I just stopped by. Your cake is full of fun. I wish you a happy weekend.
You've made a three year old very happy. And us.
It's a tremendously jaunty cake, Mise ... there's something ship-like about it, I know not why. The meringues are a particularly deft touch. Happy birthday to someone. x0
You're looking particularly well.
