mirror, mirror

BEFORE: bathroom with gold mirror borrowed from living room

AFTER: bathroom with new ivory mirror from the marvellously helpful people at The Collection by Panfili

Journalists from reputable, slightly left-wing newspapers all over the world ring me up and ask whether I have nothing better to do than getting a mirror just so. "No," I tell them, "no."

  2. Very concisely put dearest Mise. What else could a girl possibly be expected to do other than shop for bathroom mirrors. Chicosse!!

  3. Those left leaning journalists. You have to be careful. We can console ourselves with the thought that their bathroom mirrors are either non existent or something other than Perfect. Love the shape. I liked the old one too. Hope it has found a new home. xoxo

  13. The New Mirror fits the room much better than did the Old Mirror. It appears to have made the rest of the room brighter and more colourful, too - clever :-)

What do the disreputable, slightly right-wing newspaper journalists ask?

  14. Finally! You found 'the one'! It's perfect and it's shape and size echoes that of the bath, elongating the wall and opening up the general...vista... It's lovely! x

If anymore nosey journalists have the gall to ask about your personal business tell them that it helps you to reflect.

  16. Well done. How could you go on living if your mirror was not just right? I know I couldn't. ;)

  18. Sterling work, as ever. Those hacks are just jealous that they cannot while away their days in such worthwhile pursuits.

  21. Bathroom mirrors are a pretty important part of married life and anyone not pulling their weight in that department, could face divorce proceedings !!
Love your mirror Mise and also loved the 'borrowed' one as well. I did wonder why I hadn't been consulted, but then realised that mirrors were not in my job description ! XXXX

Nice bathroom. Things you see everyday should make you happy. Then you will not hassle people about their life choices.

  27. When I'm wondering what perfection in a bathroom mirror would be, I know that it is here I can reflect ;). You're such a cool cat, Mise!
